Troubleshooting
Voluntary and Comunity Organisations, charities and social enterprises often suffer with lack of IT support.
If you’re lucky, you’ll have expertise internally (staff or volunteers) who can troubleshoot IT or internet issues and get them resolved quickly.
If your pockets are deep enough you may pay for a third party support contract – for your hardware, your networks, your server or your websites. You can call on them in time of need.
If neither of these are true (or just partly true), then you may need some other way of getting IT support.
“Troubleshoot IT” help service from VANEL
If your organisation is VolCom sector and you are a full member of VANEL, then you are welcome to use this service.
We also ask that the individuals in the organisation who place calls or support requests to VANEL are also signed up as members of the IT Supporters Network – just so we know you’re IT literate enough to deal with the support answers.
In essense – you log an issue, we look at it, we give you advice or support or point you in the direction of the most approriate support.
For further information and details read our blog article about the service here.
Any questions, contact Karl Elliott at VANEL.
