Supporting Third Sector Capital Asset Development Projects
Developing land or buildings – a capital project – within a community and for the benefit of the community is a very specialist direction for a third sector organisation to take. The Third Sector Hub is signposting and providing resources to support those Third Sector Organisations undertaking these asset based projects.
Asking NELC to carry out a search for available premises

Properties to develop – Public assets register
North East Lincolnshire Council have a defined process for disposing of surplus properties and assets. Once an asset has ultimately been deemed ‘surplus’ then NELC will make every effort to ensure the availability of the property is well promoted.
