The world continually moves on, evolves and changes. Recession, changes to funding approaches, increasing procurement opportunities, changes to charitable giving – the world in which our organisations operate financially is always changing. So should our organisations themselves be changing?

A long hard look might show many areas of our organisations that work well and have no need to change. But are there areas that we need to consider changing?

Many smaller organisations could struggle for funding in the coming years with expected public sector cuts and decreased giving. Increasingly, more is expected for less and innovation is demanded, but how do you get those invaluable new ideas?
