As a Trustee of a Charity you need to be open to continual learning at each stage of your experience with the organisation and your board.
As your role on the board evolves from participation to taking on a officer position as chair or co-chair, your responsibilities and leadership challenges change too.
The Third Sector Hub has successfully delivered “Roles and Responsibilities of Trustees” training to over 60 Trustees over the past year. Following on from this demand, this half-day masterclass has been introduced, targeted specifically at those volunteers holding the critical role of chair or co-chair of their board.
In a recession, the need for effective leadership from the chair of a Trustee Board is more crucial than ever. Whether you are new to the role or have experience, refreshing your knowledge is never time wasted. This half-day course is a cost effective opportunity.
