Properties to develop – Public assets register

North East Lincolnshire Council have a defined process for disposing of surplus properties and assets. Once an asset has ultimately been deemed ‘surplus’ then NELC will make every effort to ensure the availability of the property is well promoted. The Third Sector Partnership (TSP) aims to unite voluntary and community organisations, charities, faith and equalities groups, social enterprises, co-operatives, mutuals and housing associations which provide services under the umbrella of the Third Sector in North East Lincolnshire.
